Creating Stand Downs with Attentive

Follow the steps below to create stand downs with Attentive.

Setup

1. Click Marketplace in your Attentive account.
2. Click + Create App.
3. Enter the app details and click Create, with these permissions:
   • Custom Attributes: Write
   • Custom Events: Write
   • eCommerce: Write
   • Privacy Request: Read
   • Product Catalog: Read
   • Subscribers: Write
4. Click the Webhooks tab and Enable webhooks.
   • Set the webhooks to Universal webhook
   • Set the HTTP POST URL to https://joincheckmate.com/api/webhook/attentive
   • Select the custom_attribute.set event to post to the URL
   • Click Save
5. Click Create custom attribute, and be sure to specify both options:
   • 24hr
   • 0hr
6. Click Create attribute.

Implementation

1. To use stand downs, go to the Journey you would like Mate to stand down for.
2. At the place you would like to issue the stand down, drag the Add custom attribute action into the journey.
3. Choose the checkmate_standdown attribute and set the value to 24hr.
4. Click Save.
